ICAI CA September 2025 Exam Timetable

The 13th CA examination for intermediate and final are schedule on 3rd and 4th September 2025. But the department recently released a notification to postponed exam dates for specific locations in Punjab and Jammu. According to notification, the CA final and intermediate examination 2025 are conducting on 3rd and 4th September in all states of India.

Different locations in North India are facing flood and heavy rain problem especially in Jammu and Punjab. So ICAI CA Exam 2025 which were scheduled in Jammu City have been postponed according to the notification. Apart from this exam city is in Punjab including Amritsar, Bathinda, Jalandhar, Ludhiana, Mandi, Gobindgarh, Pathankot, Patiala and Sangrur have also been postponed. So candidates whose examination cities were falling in these locations should check the website regularly to get information of ICAI CA New Exam Date 2025.

ICAI Final and Intermediate New Exam Dates

The new dates of final and intermediate examination for 13th CA exam in India for Jammu and Punjab States has not been rescheduled the authority has advised candidates to check the official website of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India to get updated information regarding ICAI upcoming exam dates.

Since no exams are postponed due to heavy rain and flood in these locations, once the situation comes under control, we will again conduct the ICAI CA September 2025 Exam. As per the current situation in Punjab, it may take 15 days to 20 days to rescue and recover the Punjab again from the disaster of flood. It is expected to release the new dates of examination by the last week of September 2025.

Changes in ICAI CA Examination 2025

It is mentioned in the notification of postponing ICAI CA Sep 2025 exam dates for 3rd and 4th September exams that department will conduct all the examinations regularly without any changing. The criteria for the examination will remain same as per the notification release on 30 May 2025. So apart from above mentioned exams cities, candidates will need to appear in the examination according to the exam schedule earlier released on the website.

ICAI Final Exam Schedule for September 2025

The institute is conducting examination in 2 groups for total 6 papers. The examination for group one will be conducted earlier and after that department will conduct Exams for group two papers. This is the complete schedule of the examination for group one:

• 3rd September 2025 is schedule for the paper one of financial reporting.
• The next paper of group 1 is scheduled on 6 September 2025 for advanced financial management.
• The paper three is schedule on 8th September 2025 to all the candidates for paper three of advance auditing, Assurance and professional ethics.

Once there is a for group one completes, Institute will organized papers for group 2 according to the following schedule:

• 10th September 2025- direct tax laws and International taxation paper is schedule on 10th September 2025.
• 12 September 2025 is schedule for indirect tax laws paper
• The last exam of group two is scheduled on 14th September for paper two which is integrated business solution ( multidisciplinary case study)

ICAI Intermediate Exam Schedule 2025

Intermediate examination is also divided into two groups where Apartment will conduct examination according to the following schedule:

Group one exam schedule for intermediate examination:

• 4th September 2025 for advanced accounting.
• The paper 2 is schedule on 7th September for corporate and other laws.
• The paper three is taxation which is scheduled on 9th September 2025

After that department will conduct the examination for group 2 papers according to the following schedule:

• 11th September 2025- cost and Management Accounting
• 13th September is scheduled for auditing and ethics paper.
• The last 6th paper is schedule on 15th September 2025 of financial management and strategic management

Conclusion: ICAI CA September 2025 Exam

The department will conduct examination for both papers in a single shift of a day. Exam will be conducted 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. on the scheduled dates. However examination for strategic management is scheduled between 2:00 p.m. to 6:00 PM.

If your examination is falling in above dates then you need to prepare for the examination at there is no change in examination for other states than Punjab and Jammu. Examination in these states are postponed for 3 and 4th September only.  The exams for both groups are conducted from 2 PM to 5 PM, with the exception of Paper 6, which is from 2 PM to 6 PM.
