Bihar Mahila Rojgar Yojana First Installment: The government is Ready to release the first installment of CM Mahila Rojgar Yojana in Bihar on 26 September 2025. Prime Minister Narendra Modi will himself inaugurate the Bihar Mahila Rojgar Yojana 2025 program from Delhi on 26 September 2025. All the registered females in the program will receive 10000 per woman in a family in this program. Chief Minister of Bihar, Nitish Kumar will also organise an event to distribute the amount digitally.

More than 68.60 crore females in Bihar are eligible to get the benefit of mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana 2025 which is scheduled to start from 26 September 2025. It is a flagship program in the state to promote rural and local business with the help of women empowerment. The program is aligned with a self help group in the state and invites all the participating females in these groups to start their new business.
Beneficiaries are receiving Rs 1000 amount in a single store and their bank account under the program so they can start a business by using this amount. There is also a provision to provide additional assistance of up to Rs 200000 rupees to payment who want to upgrade the business.
75 Lakh Women to Get ₹10,000 Each
As per the latest announcement by the state minister, the government will distribute a total amount of 7500 crore rupees on 26th September 2025 in the First installment of the program. The amount will be transferred in the bank account of beneficiaries directly after immigrating it by the prime minister from Delhi and Chief Minister of Bihar will also organize an event in state to release the fund.
It will have crores of females in the state who are not able to earn sufficient amounts due to low income so they can start their own business and make money accordingly.

Allied with Jeevika Program
The newly launched scheme of mukhymantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana 2025 is allied with the Jeevika initiative of the government of Bihar to promote local business and method to earn for livelihoods. Under this umbrella program, the mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana will also include females in the state who belong to a very low income group. The program will help them to become financially stable and provide them new ways of earning.
What is Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana 2025?
The Bihar state cabinet approved Mahila Rojgar Yojana on 29th August 2025 and after that announced it on multiple social media platforms to promote the awareness campaign across the state. The program is prepared only for females who are joined and a regular member of any self help group of females in the state.
It will provide 10000 rupees one time financial assistance to registered beneficiaries to start a new business. only single female in a family will be listed in Mahila Rojgar Yojana beneficial list under the program so they can invest the amount for a local business. Apart from 10000 assistance, the government is also inviting eligible females to get up to 2 lakh Rupees financial support through a loan under the program to upgrade the business accordingly.
Bihar Mahila Rojgar Yojana 2025 Eligibility
Before applying for the benefit you should check the following requirements and guidelines to apply for the Bihar Mahila Rojgar program:
- The applicant should be a permanent resident of Bihar State.
- The minimum age of the applicant should at least 18 years old and the maximum age should not be more than 60 years old.
- The applicant and her husband should not be a taxpayer
- The applicant should not be a permanent or regular employee of government of Bihar or any other government.
- Benefit will be provided to only those individual who are registered with self help groups in cities. So if any female have not registered in these group then they should firstly enrol in the group and after that can apply for the payment accordingly.
- Only one female in a family will benefit from the program. The family is defined as husband, wife and their unmarried children. So if you are living in a joint family and living with in laws then other females of the family can also Apply for the program according to the family condition.

- First of all, visit to the official website of Mukhyamantri Mahila Rojgar Yojana. This is the official link of the website https://mmry.brlps.in/

- Now you will reach the new page where you have entered your details such as details of self help group.

- It will ask you to enter your Aadhar card number and your name according to the Aadhar card after date you need to enter your mobile number when will receive OTP for verification

So once you enter the OTP on the screen, it will ask you to enter your address information, income criteria and other details and will ask you to upload your bank passbook where the payment will transferred.
